Sure, she's a cartoon and her kids never get any older, but she's still one of the best moms on TV. Just think of all she has to put up with at home.

It took awhile for Emma to believe she was a mother. But she's been nothing but protective of Henry ever since.
5. Leslie Knope
Parks and Rec's Leslie Knope balances family AND work and we love her for it. Her kids will have the best science projects ever.
